Account and access¶
How do I change my password? Profile drawer → My Profile → Password section.
I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, Forgot password?.
Can I use ZaazCRM on my phone? Yes, it works in a mobile browser.
Do I always need Internet? Yes, ZaazCRM is web-based.
Contacts, leads, cases¶
How do I avoid duplicates? Always search first by email, phone, name before creating.
Can a contact have several leads? Yes, each opportunity is a separate lead.
How do I close a lead? Edit → change Stage to Won or Lost → save.
Can I delete a case by mistake? Soft-delete — an administrator can restore in the first 30 days.
Email and communication¶
Why doesn't it auto-link? ZaazCRM links by sender's email. If they wrote from a different email, link it by hand.
How do I configure my signature? Settings → My email account → Signature.
Why do my emails go to spam? Your IT administrator must configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
Documents and files¶
Where do files end up? In the contact/case auto-folder.
Large files (over 50 MB)? Ask your administrator to raise the limit or use WebDAV.
How do I share with the customer? Send by email (automatic attachment).
Sales and reports¶
How do I see my funnel? Leads module in kanban view, or "Sales funnel" report.
How do I schedule a recurring report? Open the report → menu → Schedule delivery.
How do I see how much I billed this month? "Collections by month" report.
Permissions and configuration¶
Why don't I see a module? Permissions. Ask your administrator.
I'm an administrator, how do I add a user? Settings → Users → Create.
How do I automate a task? Settings → Workflows.
