Troubleshooting

When something doesn't work, this page has the most common paths.

Can't sign in

  1. Verify the email (no spaces, correct).
  2. Verify the password (no leading/trailing spaces).
  3. Verify the domain (your-company.zaazcrm.com).
  4. Use Forgot password? to reset.
  5. If you don't get the email: your account may be disabled — ask admin.

I don't see a module

  • Permissions — admin resolves it.
  • Disabled module.
  • Refresh the browser (Ctrl+F5).

A field doesn't save

  • Validation — read the error.
  • Field permission — read-only.
  • Data changed by another user — reopen and save.

Email isn't sending

  • Outbox — stuck pending?
  • SMTP log (admin) — what error.
  • Quota — daily limit hit.

Video call doesn't work

  • Browser permissions (camera, mic).
  • Pop-up blocker — disable for your domain.
  • Slow Internet connection.
  • Corporate firewall — try another network.

PDF doesn't generate or looks broken

  • Unresolved tokens — data missing on the record.
  • Broken format — admin reviews CSS.
  • Blank PDF — browser blocked the download.

Search doesn't find

  • 2 or more characters minimum.
  • Field is searchable — admin configures.
  • Permissions — you only see what you can.

A workflow doesn't trigger

  • Is it active?
  • Does the condition fire?
  • Recent errors? History tab.

Uploaded a file but don't see it

  • Refresh the tab.
  • Right folder.
  • Quota — storage full.

When to escalate

If nothing resolves and your admin can't:

  • Note what you tried.
  • Capture the exact error.
  • Incident time.
  • Contact support. See Support contact.
