Why this matters

ZaazCRM offers a solid core for CRM, sales, support, and billing. For industry-specific cases or specialized flows, there are extensions your company can enable — additional functionality beyond the standard core.

This section grows per the product roadmap. If you don't see an extension you need, contact Zaaz (see Support contact) to ask if it's planned or can be custom-developed.

Types of available extensions

External service integrations

ZaazCRM can connect with:

  • Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign — contact list sync for email marketing.
  • Stripe, PayPal, Conekta — payment gateways to charge invoices online.
  • QuickBooks, Contabilium, Aspel COI — external accounting systems.
  • Slack, Microsoft Teams — notifications to team channels.
  • Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 — calendar and email.
  • WhatsApp Business API — customer messaging.

Each integration has its own configuration. Ask your administrator which integrations are active in your install.

Portals

  • Customer portal — a website where your customers can see their quotes, pay invoices, open support tickets, download documents. Reduces your support workload and improves customer experience.
  • Partner portal — for businesses working with distributors or channels.

Vertical modules

For specific industries:

  • Real estate — properties, listings, visits, lease agreements.
  • Education — courses, enrollments, students, payments.
  • Healthcare — patients, appointments, clinical records (with privacy considerations).
  • Professional services — projects, billable hours, time tracking.

Enable an extension

  1. Settings → Extensions.
  2. Find the extension you need.
  3. Activate — some require additional license or technical setup.
  4. Your administrator or the Zaaz team can help you configure.

Custom development
