Notifications¶
Why this matters¶
ZaazCRM notifies you when something concerns you: a lead gets assigned to you, someone mentions you, a new lead arrives from a form, a deadline is upcoming, a customer replied. Notifications are how the system keeps you in the loop without you having to manually check every module.
Where you see notifications¶
- Bell in the top bar (always visible).
- Email — for important events.
- Browser push (optional).

Notification types¶
- Assignment — a lead, case, or task was assigned to you.
- Mention — someone mentioned you in a comment or chat.
- Stage change — a lead you follow changed stage.
- Upcoming deadline — date reminder.
- New email.
- Customer reply — to email or form.
- Workflow notification.
- System — updates, admin messages.
Customize which notifications you receive¶
- Your avatar → Settings → Notifications.
- For each type, pick: bell, email, push, daily digest.
Daily digest¶
If you have many notifications, turn on Daily digest: a single email at the end of the day with everything. Useful so you're not interrupted each time.
Mark as read / archive¶
Notifications panel (click the bell): - Mark all as read. - Mark individually (takes you to the record and marks it read). - Archive.
Notifications are kept for 30 days typically.
Team notifications¶
Some notifications go to a whole team: "New unassigned lead", "Customer waiting 24h for response". On acting, it closes for everyone.
Watch out for¶
- Email without filter = saturated inbox. Use email only for critical events.
- Push can hit at awkward moments. Consider disabling during meetings.
- Don't ignore critical system notifications.
